Medley Peppers & Pineapple Pizza With Meatless Jerky
Ingredients
- 100g yumeat™ Plant-Based Bak Kwa Strips
- 1 pre-baked pizza dough (12 inches)
- 80g tomato coulis
- 100g fresh pineapple cubes
- 50g green pepper dices
- 50g red pepper dices
- 50g yellow pepper dices
- 100g mozzarella shredded cheese
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 200°C.
- Spread the tomato coulis onto the pizza dough evenly.
- Sprinklethe mixed assorted pepper dices and pineapple cubes onto the dough.
- Cut the yumeat™ Bak Kwa into strips and sprinkle on top.
- Cover the pizza with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Bake it in the oven for 8 mins.
- Garnish the pizza with extra shredded yumeat™ Bak Kwa strips. Bon Appetit!
